The benefit of engaging suitable vessel of opportunity was proven in early day project in Caspian Sea, When Ifactors had mobilised about 12 containers of machineries and tools from Malaysia to Turkmenistan established marine spread in Caspian sea for an 80km cable laying job in Caspian sea.
